"Yahoo PayDirect International" is an online payment service allowing users to send money to family and friends from USA to any country in the world. Foreign born nationals living and working in the United States that need to send money home can use the service with rates (7.5%) well below many other money transfer methods. The new service will allow users to obtain cash through some 800,000 automatic teller machines (ATMs) around the world through the Cirrus network. After a sender makes an initial remittance over the Web, a PayDirect card is sent to the ecipient to allow withdrawal in local currency. Instead of using the card recipients can also collect funds at any of the 60,000 MoneyGram international money transfer locations worldwide. Recipients worldwide will not need a PayDirect account, Internet access or even a local bank account to obtain their funds.

It lets Web surfers call up brief excerpts from books, critic reviews, bibliographic and author's notes and, in some cases, a picture of the book jacket. The Google Print feature works by typing in "print.google.com" and any desired term into the Google search bar. For example, a query for e.g. "print.google.com India roy" calls up two entries of "Arundhati Roy" in the first 5 results with the tags BOOK and BETA next to them.

Google offers five ways to search for discrete types of classification numbers -- UPS tracking numbers, FedEx tracking numbers, FAA airplane registration numbers, patent numbers, and FCC equipment identification numbers.

FedEx tracking numbers example search: "fedex 999999999999"
Patent numbers example search: "patent 5123123"
FAA airplane registration numbers example search: "n199ua". An airplane's FAA registration number is typically printed on its tail.

A lot of people still don't understand what a template is and how to use it.
If you are the one among all those (yes, I can see you in the crowd), follow this simple tip. Browse to the file you want to use as a template using Windows Explorer. Right click on the file, select Properties, and tick the read-only option in the Attributes section. With read-only enabled, you can still open and edit the file, but must save
changes in another name. Deletion of the file requires confirmation.

Click on compose in your yahoo mail as you do usually. Right click anywhere on the page and choose "create Shortcut". Click on "Ok" when prompted. Right click on the recently created shortcut icon on the desktop and Choose Properties. In the URL field type mailto:shantanuo@hotmail.com (Replace the email address with your friend's email). You can also assign a shortcut key if you desire. Type an appropriate name to this shortcut under General Tab. Next time simply double click on the shortcut icon to send an email to your friend.

When you install it, you'll notice that it installs on your Windows taskbar. You can either search Google directly or use the little black down icon to change the search to another of Google's properties -- Froogle, Google News, Groups, Images, etc. There are also options to go to non-Google search properties like Rotten Tomatoes and Download.com (Google's options include the ability to add your own custom search sites.) Google mentions a few use ideas on their download page, but I found the ability to quickly lookup phone numbers the best feature of this deskbar. Or you can use it to resolve math equations with Google's calculator. Please Note:

Click on Help - About Internet Explorer to check the version. If it's less than 5.5, you can't install Google Deskbar.

Here are a few tips to save time.
1. Boot Time: How much time does your computer take to start? It should start in less than 2 minutes.
a) System Tray: Check the icons in the system tray. Try to find an option and deselect the checkbox next to "Automatically start when windows start".
b) You may also choose Properties when you right click on "My Computer" and select "Advanced" Tab to change the Startup and recovery setting.
2. Confirm Delete: If you click on "YES" every time your computer ask you, "Do you really really want to delete?", think of getting rid of the "Display delete confirmation" checkbox. Right click on "Recycle Bin" and choose "Properties" to change the setting. If you delete a file by mistake, you can still go to Recycle bin and right click on the deleted file to recover it.
3. Create Shortcuts: You can easily create keyboard shortcuts for the frequently used programs. Right click on shortcuts on the desktop (a curved arrow) and choose properties. Click in the Shortcut key field and type any key on the keyboard, for e.g. 'e' for Internet Explorer, 'y' for Yahoo Messenger and so on. If the shortcut icon is not available on the desktop, you can easily create one by clicking and dragging using the right mouse button. You can also decide if the application will open in maximized window or a normal window.
