Recently I found out that LiveJournal has started asking for code number to become a member of the community. This is the only reason I have to drop this site from my favorites.

I have also found out that pitas is very easy to use and is one step ahead of free website hosts like geocities or tripod. It has made publishing easy. But it is not the "blog" site in its true cense. Therefore

is added to the list. It has almost all features one might look for while creating his blog. OnClave was almost out of my favorites list. But I had to add it again since the e-mail to post feature seems to have started working again.

You don't learn from your mistakes. You learn from the experience that you get while doing something. If the outcome is not favorable then it's called a mistake! In fact there no such "mistake" possible, therefore no question of repenting!

I think we have to define piracy, and I believe piracy to be the theft of intellectual property for commercial gain, at least in this regard. If you made a copy and gave it to your friend, why don't you give the original to your friend and keep the copy? There's absolutely nothing wrong with that whatsoever. If you buy a DVD, you are able to give it, sell it, rent it, do whatever you want with your property, are you not? The same thing would apply here. I wouldn't go along with the definition that piracy is making a copy of a movie and letting your friend watch it. That's not something that's going to impact Hollywood's revenue streams. We're talking about piracy, which is what the MPAA is claiming, that this product is being used for widespread piracy reasons. That's a completely false statement with no credible shred of proof.

Since the last couple of months I have become an avid fan of RSS.
No, No I am not talking about Sangh Parivar or Bhartiya Janata Party (Or India's political future for that matter!)
It's Rich Site Summary.
Here is how RSS will help you.

• I update my site almost every week.
• Many of you visit my site once a while But do not have an idea what exactly has changed since you last visited.
• Once you download the software called "RSS Reader" you will automatically get the "recently added" webpages in your Inbox.
• If you have used outlook e-mail, you do already know how to use the software. It looks exactly the same way. The only difference is that you don't receive e-mails, you receive news.

It was the best resource to learn anything from programming to gardening. The experts from all over the world, used to participate. They wrote step by step instructions on different subjects, for eg. "how to fry fish?". We could simply login and read! The website would remember for you how many pages of the tutorial you have read, and let you read the next part when you login next time.
2) www.adcritic.com
The site had recorded clippings of TV Ads on various products.
3) www.askme.com
Thousands of people were available online to answer your questions for free!
4) www.e-quill.com
Visual Markup tool, the instructors, researchers all over the world used and liked it very much.
5) www.eb.com
You will have to pay $10 Per Month to access The complete Encyclopædia Britannica with related Internet sites. This site was "free" for about 2 years!
6) Snarf
was an rss news aggregator from tatochip.com that stuck itself into the search bar of internet explorer.
7) onclave.org
went offline in early 04. A perfect corporate blog tool I will really miss!
