Every document has a template associated with it. If you want to find out which template is attached to your document, you can do so by choosing Templates and Add-Ins from the Tools menu. Word displays the Templates and Add-ins dialog box. The field at the top of the dialog box indicates the name of the template associated with your document.

Heise yesterday reported that German DSL provider “Alice/Hansenet” had connection problems. People were not able to surf the web. Today, Heise posts an update to the story; Hansenet were researching into the case and realized there were no problems. Instead, it is now very likely that many people simply set Google as their homepage, and as Google had major outages in at least Germany yesterday, thought their internet connection didn’t work!

some browsers treat the start and end form tags as if they are paragraph (p) markers and insert an extra line feed between the form end tag and the td end tag that immediately follows it. That is, some browsers treat the form as a block-level element and others as an inline element. To workaround the issue you can either specifically declare form as a inline element:

form style="display:inline"

or set the margin of the form to 0:

form style="margin:0"

Google has silently added a Bookmarks feature to My Search History, enabling you to quickly tag and comment any web page you’ve visited. If Google in the future opens this up, letting users share their bookmarks and see bookmarking data in searches, we could see something very useful and popular. The tag “homepage” gets put on your Google Personalized homepage.
