This service lets an authorised user listen discreetly to what is happening inthe user's surroundings. This is extremely useful when you want to reassure yourself that a vulnerable family member is being looked after properly in your absence by an attendant or house help.

Please note that a person, once authorised, will have the rights to use above service. A maximum of 5 people can be authorised for this service.

To activate Auto Answer feature
1. Please send a sms from the authorised number to the easyfone.
2. The next call from the above number to the easyfone will be picked up automatically without ringing.

Auto Callback
Anxious that your phone is not getting picked up by mom?

Use the auto call back feature by sending a command to the easyfone from an authorised phone. The easyfone will automatically call the authorised person and put the call on loud speaker
Please note that a person, once authorised, will have the rights to use above service. Maximum of 5 people can be authorised for this service.
To activate Auto Call back up
1. Please send a sms 'setcallback' from the authorised number to the easyfone.
2. Once the above message is sent, the easyfone will automatically call the authorised person and put the call on loud speaker.
